Tim Blakeley has lived, slept, and breathed all aspects of the fitness industry for the past 25 years. He initially developed his work ethic and discipline from the UK’s Royal Navy whom he represented, along with the Combined Services, in both rugby and water polo. He was also a member of the prestigious Fleet Air Arm Field Gun Crew running at the Royal Tournament.

After leaving the Navy, he went on to pursue his passion for all things physical. Himself a successful national-level Bodybuilder, Tim has also coached and written diet plans for many top-level physique athletes. It is this invaluable knowledge and experience that he uses to help actors achieve their physical goals.

Tim has worked all over the world on productions including, ‘Godzilla’ and ‘Starwars’, and has also worked for Disney, Netflix, and Amazon.

Some of the actors that Tim has trained include John Boyega, Tom Hiddleston, Gerard Butler, Donald Glover, Luke Evans Sam Claflin, Thandie Newton, Malachi Kirby, Matt Lewis, Naomi Ackie, Gerry Haliwell, Matt Stevens, and Woody Harrelson.

Russell Lee is a trainer to the stars. With over 12 years experience as a high-level personal trainer in the film and television industry, he expertly caters to the needs of his clients, delivering consistent results under tight time constraints. He built his career by capitalizing on his background as a former professional rugby player as well as his innate ability to build strong, lasting relationships.

Russell has traveled across the globe working with Disney, Apple, Netflix, and HBO on multiple million dollar productions including Star Wars, Thor, Blackbird, Unbroken, and Les Misérables. He’s had the privilege of working with the biggest names in film, including Golden Globe-winning actor Taron Egerton, Oscar-winning actress Cate Blanchett, and BAFTA Award-winning actor Jack O’Connell. Russell believes in a holistic approach to achieving his clients’ specific goals. His keen interest and extensive knowledge of physical training and nutrition allow him to create bespoke diet plans allowing actors to achieve rapid results.

Pete is a specialist coach focussed on the holistic relationship of the brain, mind and body; optimising internal rhythm and tempo; and creating a focussed, energised, and motivated platform to deliver maximum results for sport and entertainment clients required to train; practice; rehearse and deliver at the highest level.

With an extensive and personal understanding that each client experiences the world in different ways, and therefore each faces various challenges and inhibitors, Pete builds trusted relationships and appropriate strategies with clients, management, and production companies to ensure a client experiences the optimum environment at all times and is suited to all situations - whether in a studio, on-location, on or off-set, in training and travelling.

Taking this 360° personal approach ensures each client’s well-being; mental health; internal rhythm and tempo; and overall state of mind is carefully and sensitively understood, managed and accommodated to deliver successful results for both the client and the production or team.

Pete is a Meta-International Master NLP Practitioner, motivational and keynote speaker, businessman, drummer, author, and ultra-competitive sportsman.
