We take what we do seriously and commit to each of our clients.

All we ask is the same commitment back from you so that we all win.

We believe that, for a training programme to be effective, you should commit to 12-weeks to fully realise the transformation you’re looking for and be able to sustain it beyond this marker.

WHAT IS REMOTE COACHING?

Our remote coaching programme has been created with mutual commitment in mind and we’ve worked hard to develop this system that allows us to work with you effectively for the duration of your training programme.

The Remote Coaching Programme involves you, the client, working with us to set out your goals (ensuring they’re realistic and achievable) and then we create a training and nutrition programme that will help you to achieve these goals. There will be weekly training routines, meal plans and check-ins, all geared to help you stay on target.

Each week your progress will be assessed and the plans will be adjusted to make sure we keep you at maximum effectiveness for both training and nutrition.

THE INVESTMENT

The fees for the programme are £495/month for a minimum of 3-months. We do not offer 'quick fix’ solutions as this does not match our ethos and has been proven ineffective for true success.

Of course, we can’t force you into anything (nor would we), but our fees remain at £1,485 total for 3-months even if you decide not to continue.
